Australia’s trusted divorce support centre for women
Women's Divorce Academy membership gives women navigating separation or divorce the clarity, knowledge, and steady guidance they need – without adding to an already overwhelming load.
Move from survival mode and second-guessing to clarity about what matters. From shame and isolation to confidence and direction. From drowning in decisions to moving forward with a real plan.
The right support can change everything
Legal decisions, money, parenting, your own confidence – when all of it lands at once, having access to the right information at the right moment makes an enormous difference.
Inside the Women's Divorce Academy membership you'll find practical tools, expert guidance, and honest information that helps you feel more grounded and less alone as you move forward.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need a place that helps you take the next step with confidence.
Women’s Divorce Academy is for you if…
You’re juggling legal decisions, raw emotions, parenting, money, and/or logistics – and it feels like everything needs your time NOW.
You’re capable and organised, but worn down from the mental load of every decision, every conversation, and every next step.
Even small decisions feel heavy right now, because there’s so much riding on getting things right.
You’re tired of second-guessing yourself and wondering whether you’re doing the “right” thing — especially with the stakes so high.
You have people around you, but you still feel alone in this – because they don’t really understand what this season is like.
You don’t need someone to tell you to “just be strong”. You need clarity, steadiness, and a place that helps you feel more confident as you move forward.
Is this you?
✦ Life feels like it’s coming at you faster than you can keep up.
✦ Your days are full – work, children, messages, appointments – yet there’s a constant background hum of worry you can’t quite switch off.
✦ You’re managing conversations with lawyers or your ex, staying calm and reasonable…then replaying them later, wondering: Did I say the right thing? Did I handle that well?
✦ You’re exhausted by the sheer number of decisions you’re making – with no real space to pause or gain perspective.
✦ You’re Googling late at night, saving articles you don’t have the energy to read, quietly hoping you won’t miss something important.
✦ You’re craving a place where you can exhale – where you don’t have to explain yourself, be “the strong one,” or hold everything together for everyone else.
If this sounds like you, Women's Divorce Academy membership gives you the information, tools, and guidance to move from that overwhelmed, isolated space into steady clarity and practical confidence – one step at a time.
What support looks like here
Clear guidance – not more noise
We help you understand what matters now, what can wait, and what your next best step is – so you move from second-guessing into decisive clarity.
Calm, experienced voices you can trust
You’ll hear from trauma-aware experts who understand the emotional and practical realities of divorce – and who explain things in plain language, without judgement or pressure. So you handle conversations with confidence instead of replaying them for hours.
Practical tools that reduce decision fatigue
Checklists, scripts, templates, and simple frameworks that help you organise your thinking, prepare for conversations, and make decisions with more confidence.
A content library that works around your life
Everything is available on demand when you need it – no sessions to attend, no schedule to keep up with. You access it when you have the time and capacity, in whatever order makes sense for what you need right now.
Women's Divorce Academy doesn't add to your load. It gives you what you need, when you need it.

Why women thrive with WDA
Clarity calms the nervous system
When you understand what's happening and what matters most right now, you move from constant mental noise into calm clarity. You stop second-guessing and start making decisions with confidence.
Structure reduces overwhelm
You move from feeling like everything needs your attention NOW to having a clear, manageable plan. You go from overwhelmed to focused.
Support is steady, not sporadic
You're not alone with each new challenge. You have steady, ongoing support that meets you wherever you are in the process – so you never feel like you're starting from scratch again.
Lived experience matters
You're supported by people who've walked this path themselves. They understand the shame, the late-night panic, the impossible decisions. You don't have to explain everything from scratch – they get it. Which means you can stop performing ‘fine’ and start getting real support.
This is about helping you feel steadier, clearer, and more confident over time – one supported step at a time.
Hi, I’m Carolyn
Hello!I created Women’s Divorce Academy because I saw too many capable, intelligent women trying to navigate separation and divorce on their own – overwhelmed, second-guessing themselves, and carrying far more than they should have to.
I’ve been through my own brutal divorce, and I’ve since helped over 800 women as they navigate this season – supporting them through the legal process, the emotional load, the financial decision-making, and the effort it takes to keep life steady while everything feels uncertain.
What I’ve learned is this: divorce isn’t just a legal process.
It’s an emotional, practical, and identity-shifting experience that touches every part of a woman’s life.
And yet, most women are expected to “just cope”.
Women’s Divorce Academy was created to be something different.
It’s a place where you can slow things down. Where information is explained clearly. Where support is steady, not reactive.
And where you don’t have to hold everything together on your own.
My belief is simple: Women should not be disadvantaged by divorce. But when they feel supported and informed, everything changes.
Decisions become clearer.
Confidence returns.
And the future starts to feel bright again.
This is the support I wish I’d had during my divorce.
Welcome to Women’s Divorce Academy!

Coaching with Carolyn is a one-on-one conversation – practical, grounded, and completely focused on your situation.
It's not therapy, and it's not someone telling you what to do. Carolyn listens to where you're at, asks the right questions to help you think things through clearly, explains how things actually work, and connects you with the right professionals when you need expert guidance. These sessions are designed to be a touchpoint that helps you to gain clarity and keep things moving forward without the overwhelm or feeling alone.
Sessions are conducted via video call and are usually scheduled monthly (a higher frequency can be arranged on request - we can talk about this when we meet). All coaching clients receive full access to the Women's Divorce Academy resource library as part of their package.
To find out if coaching is right for you, book a no-obligation discovery call and we'll take it from there.

That’s okay. Many women join us while still in the messy middle – unsure, scared, and full of questions.
We don’t get paid a commission if you actually get divorced! And we have absolutely had members who have decided to stay in their marriage after careful reflection.
This space is designed to support you with clarity, calm, and community – not pressure. You’re welcome here, wherever you’re at. -
Yes, our program is suitable for women everywhere. Although we do have a few lessons that cover Australian family law, the rest of our lessons are universal - things like taking care of your mental health, planning your career, taking care of your kids. If you would like any specific content for your region, please email us at hello@womensdivorceacademy.com and we’ll do our best to make sure we get expert content to help you.

Absolutely! Legal paperwork is only one part of divorce. Healing emotionally, rediscovering who you are, and rebuilding your life often takes much longer – and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. We have content that covers redefining yourself professionally, the financial side of being single again, rebuilding your trust in yourself and the world, dating, sex, embracing your single status, single parenting, and so much more.
-
That’s exactly why we created Women’s Divorce Academy. You can access support in small, manageable ways – no pressure to show up “perfectly”, or at all. Come as you are, when you can, and use the content that appeal to you. Every step counts.
-
The Women's Divorce Academy membership gives you on-demand access to the full resource library — practical guides, expert interviews, toolkits, and frameworks you can work through at your own pace. Coaching is personalised, one-on-one support with Carolyn — for women who want someone to think things through with alongside the resources. All coaching packages include full library access.

Yes – the monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. The annual membership is billed yearly and gives you access for a full year. It will automatically roll over until it is cancelled.
-
Yes! We’ve had quite a few women from same sex couples come through WDA, and all of our resources are designed for anyone who identifies as a woman.
-
We know that when you’re going through separation and divorce, you often have to have transparent finances, and your ex might still be seeing your bank statements. Charges are made by our parent company Stellar Content Group. You won’t see any mention of Women’s Divorce Academy on your credit card statement.
